Successful prediction of political and social movements requires clear perception of current situation, which is base of future events. To make and interpret horoscope of future period mean to read universal forces which will act on continuance of cycles which begun in past. Astrology never predicts future which is unchangable, just the opposite, all future events are fruit of past actions and can be changed, if we recognize rhytam of universal movements, which act in current moment and which will act in future. Art of astrological predictions is based on expanded consciousness of current moment, where past and future are interwoven. Astrologers read universal cycles and determine future events, aware of possible result of past actions. After free will determines beginning of some action, on its flow universal rhytmes act, which can be predicted through astrological prognoses. Sometimes it is clearly visible that continuance of destructive cycle will culminate in particular time period, because universal forces emphasize weakness in observed dynamic system; if we recognize those weaknesses and understand nature of forces which act in given moment, we can change result of future events and turn destructive cycle into constructive. Horoscope is frozen picture of time-space interplay; it is «time chart» which stops flow of time and shows nature of universal cycles in particular moment in particular area; interpretation of this time chart leads to consciousness widenning about real nature of reality behind ilusion we are imposing on ourselves and irrealistic expectations which are not founded on past results. It is simple to penetrate into future of development of human communities if we move the veil of political propaganda and irrealistic expectations. Man is not devoid of universe, every action has long-term cosequences, to be aware of quality of invested energy, means to be be aware of its results...

 

The Ingress chart for Spring equinox (beginning of the war)

We interpreted this chart together with students at the beginnign of 2003. With aim to answer question if there was going to be war in Iraq and what its character and possible victims would be. Then atmosphere of antiwar demonstrations, unsupportance to politics of USA from UN Security Council and disbilief that G.W. Bush would really start the war prevailed. It was not hard to predict that war would, against all, begin, it was not hard to roughly predict when, we were harmonius about how war would manifest until end of quartal of spring equinox. At first glance was obvious destructing opposition of Saturn from fourth (in mundane astrology general situation in state) and Pluto in tenth house (president of state, government). Almost the same quartal horoscope acted on area of more neighbouring countries (Jordan, Siria, Iran, Kuwait) but they were not threatened by the most powerful military power of the world, with war and dethronement of government. Governments of neighbouring countries were also under pressure of internal forces which were not satisfied with passive observance of agression, and some of that countries were under pressure of USA politics; quartal horoscopes were felt in them too, but less, because there was no real danger which can fulfil dynamics of this constellation. This is horsocope of government fall by infrastruture destruction (Pluto in opposition with Saturn from tenth to fourth). Nevertheless, quartal horoscope doesn't predict dethronment of existing government during this quartal (Sun in first still controls situation; conjunction with Mercury, trine MC, sextil IC). It was not hard to predict devastation of infrastructure, nor that attempts of Sadam's murder during this period won't be successful. Position of Moon in eight house (Moon – symbol of people in mundane astrology, eight house – mortality) mean civil and war victim, but of limited volume, because Moon is in positive aspect with Uran and sextil with Mars. Moon sextil Mars mean mass surrender of Iraqian military gruops wouldn't happen, in spite of expectations of political analysts and propaganda of USA army. Result of war was certain, opposition Saturn – Pluto destructs every social structure...
