Subud is a spiritual movement, connecting more then 15 000 members, from 80 countries worldwide. The essence of this movement is a powerful transcendental experience - latihan (indon. exercise), which was received by Indonesian men Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo - Bapak in 1924.
